Celebrate Thanksgiving with a Thanksgiving Take Home Dinner prepared by Catering with Wente Vineyards. Dinner includes a Diestel turkey with detailed cooking instructions, all the fixings and dessert!  Serves six generously.  Save 30% on select wines when purchasing 6 or more bottles.  Ask for details.

  • Duck Fat Roasted Diestel Turkey
  • Country Bread Stuffing with Sautéed Mushrooms and Herbs
  • Roasted Turkey Gravy
  • Cranberry Compote with Tangerine, Ginger, & Cinnamon
  • Caesar Salad Hearts of Romaine, Croutons, Vella Dry Aged Jack
  • Brown Butter Mashed Potatoes with Scallions & Parsley
  • Caramelized Sweet Potatoes, Sage-Pecan Dutch Crumb
  • Braised Carrots & Cauliflower Fennel, Citrus, Parsley
  • Hobbs Applewood Smoked Bacon Biscuits with Cheddar, Chives, Maple Butter

Dessert

  • Pumpkin Pie Vanilla Whipped Cream, Candied Pecans.
