2017 Harmony

2017 Artist Series Harmony

The ripe raspberries and dark cherries that were present on release are still present and are now complemented by blueberries, mint, graham cracker and clove. It’s wonderful to see what a little bottle age does to such an already lovely bouquet.

The palate still has moderate tannins and a long finish with flavors reminiscent of dark chocolate and cherries. The label artwork is by local artist Lisa Elley.

From Our Winemaker Andy Lynch

“Last year, a bottle of the 2017 Harmony made it to the table for Thanksgiving, paired with my mom’s famous stuffing. The pairing was perfect, and my family enjoyed it thoroughly. This wine would be a wonderful complement to homemade cranberry sauce and stuffing.”

2018 Harmony

2018 Artist Series Harmony

While the 2017 is restrained, the 2018 is a little more generous and seductive. Aromas of dark cherries, crunchy plums, and mandarin peel with a hint of cocoa.

The palate is full, rich and dense with a lingering hint of dark chocolate, vanilla foam, and muddled blackberries. The label artwork is by local artist Janeen Heath.

From Our Winemaker Andy Lynch

“This wine is nimble and delicious. Wonderful pairings would be a homemade pizza or a well-seasoned burger. I enjoyed a glass with a slice of shepherd’s pie, some roasted veggies, and funny stories about the day that was drawing to a close.”
