Our 2019 Zinfandel is a beautiful representation of the classic, California varietal. This wine opens with aromatics of pepper, clove, and a hint of charcoal. On the palate, you’ll find notes of French vanilla and blackberry finishing with a round mouthfeel.

Each variety was fermented separately in small stainless steel fermenters where they were pumped over three times daily to maximize extraction of flavors and colors. The wine was aged for eighteen months in 50% new and 50% used French oak barrels.
