Our 2020 Meritage shows the balanced depth and richness that Bordeaux style blends bring to the table. Rich, creamy French Oak blends with the layers of cinnamon, cardamom, and raw vanilla bean. These notes are matched equally by a generous concentration of fully ripened black currants, juicy black cherries, and rich plum jam.

Fermentation And Aging
Each variety was fermented separately in small stainless steel tanks where it was pumped over three times daily. The wine was aged separately for 6 months, then blended and aged for an additional 8 months. The wine was aged in 75% new French Oak barrels and 25% second and third use barrels.
