Fermentation And Aging

The various wine components were fermented separately in upright stainless steel tanks with pneumatage twice a day to maximize the extraction of aromas and textures. Aged in 20% new French oak barrels and 80% second use French oak barrels. The wine was aged for twenty months prior to bottling
