This Chardonnay offers vibrant aromas and flavors of ripe Honeycrisp apples and Asian pears, complemented by creamy French oak spice with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, and a hint of butterscotch. A supple, slightly viscous mouthfeel is lifted by well-integrated acidity, delivering a rich yet balanced wine.

Fermentation And Aging
After gentle pressing, the grapes were barrel-fermented for three weeks where they underwent 100% malolactic fermentation in French Oak barrels. The wine was then aged sur lie in the same barrels (40% new French Oak) for eighteen months. Battonage was performed weekly, then moved to monthly to increase mouthfeel and complexity.
