The post-harvest season in Livermore Valley marks our favorite time of year – the hardest work is done, and we can (quite literally!) enjoy the fruits of our labor, celebrating around the table with friends and family. The vines are entering their winter slumber, their grapes now quietly doing their magic in the cellar, while The San Francisco Bay brings cooling winds that have us reaching for our most treasured bottles of red.

Wente Vineyards Winemaker’s Dinner November 12th

What better way to kick off the holiday season than with a perfectly paired wine dinner?

Join us for our Wente Vineyards Winemaker’s Dinner on Saturday, November 12th at 6 pm, where our talented winemaker, Alec Frasher, will showcase our wines alongside a thoughtfully paired, multi-course tasting menu.

Accompanied by live music, each decadent course has been imagined to highlight the complex flavors behind each wine note-for-note, making this the ultimate dinner for connoisseurs and enthusiasts alike. NEW Menus for Reserve and Classic Tasting Experience

With the change of seasons, we look forward to featuring the fall bounty. With beautiful pairings of wine and food, Chef Tony has created dishes perfect for the cooler weather. Our new menus will debut on November 11^th. Reserve and Classic Tasting Experiences are available from Friday to Sunday and require advance reservations.

Family Day – Holiday in the Vineyards

Finally…A winery event that’s fun for the whole family!

Join us on Saturday, December 3rd, and Sunday, December 4th, for Family Day: Holiday in the Vineyards. From 12 pm-4 pm, wine country visitors of all ages – even those under the age of 21 – are welcome to Wente Vineyards for a rare opportunity to explore our historic barrel room, transformed and reimagined as a holiday wonderland.

A special festive menu created by Chef Tony will be on offer, alongside food trucks, live music, a holiday market featuring local vendors for holiday gifting, and a rare appearance from Santa himself. Entrance to the event is complimentary, with food and wine for purchase.

Chef Dinner Featuring Sergio Orozco
