The 2023 Aly’s Pinot Noir offers youthful aromas of cherry cola, earthy forest floor, and a hint of vanilla, which transition seamlessly into flavors of red cherry and ripe cranberry. The mouthfeel is supple, with well-rounded tannins combined with focused acidity, which keeps the wine in perfect balance, reflecting elegance at every turn.

Fermentation And Aging

Fermented in small stainless-steel tanks with pneumatage twice a day to gently extract all of the wonderful aromatics and flavors. Aged for 18 months in 20% new French oak barrels, 80% second and third use French oak barrels.
