The debut vintage of the Cresta Blanca Sparkling Brut is bright and finely focused, with aromas of golden apple layered with notes of fresh brioche and pie crust. The palate is crisp and lively, showing flavors of green apple and white nectarine carried by a fine, persistent mousse. Clean and elegant, the wine finishes with refreshing acidity and refined structure.
