Instructions

1
Toss cherry tomatoes with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs in a baking dish. Drizzle generously with olive oil and roast at a low 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until softened and bursting with flavor.
2
Slice a loaf of your favorite bread in half. In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley, salt, and pepper. Spread this fragrant garlic butter evenly onto the cut side of the bread. Broil at 350°F for 15-25 minutes, or until beautifully golden brown and crispy. Watch it closely to prevent burning!
3
Once the bread is toasted, tear creamy burrata and distribute it evenly over the surface. Spoon the sweet and savory roasted tomatoes on top, and finish with fresh basil leaves.
4
Enjoy this appetizer with a crisp and elegant Wente Vineyards Chardonnay. Its bright acidity and subtle fruit notes will beautifully complement the richness of the burrata and the sweetness of the tomatoes.
