Fresh ripe peach is muddled and mixed with crisp Pacific Mist Pinot Grigio, a splash of Brut Sparkling Wine, and a hint of jalapeño for a flavorful twist. Topped with sparkling water and garnished with mint, this easy wine spritzer is the ultimate warm-weather drink—perfect for poolside lounging, backyard BBQs, or golden hour with friends.

Ingredients

½ ripe peach, peeled and muddled
4 oz Pacific Mist Pinot Grigio
1 oz Small Lot Brut Sparkling Wine
1 oz sparkling water
1 squeeze of lemon
1 slice of jalapeño
Garnish: sprig of mint, peach slice

Instructions
