Red Wine Sangria

1 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup pineapple, chopped (approximately 1/2 pineapple)
1 medium orange, sliced
1/2 apple or pear, cubed
1 bottle of Southern Hills Cabernet Sauvignon
2 oz brandy (optional)
Ice to chill


In a large pitcher, combine the fresh orange juice, chopped pineapple, sliced orange, and cubed apple or pear.
Pour in the bottle of Southern Hills Cabernet Sauvignon.
Add the brandy, if using, and stir well to mix all the ingredients.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the chilled sangria over the ice.
Garnish with additional slices of orange or apple for an extra touch of elegance.
