Q: Briefly describe your role at Wente Vineyards.

A: In my role at Wente Vineyards, I am mainly responsible for wine club operations and guest services. I help execute wine club events, communications and administration, as well as partner with the Hospitality and DTC teams to ensure our guests and members are receiving outstanding wine and wine country experiences!

Q: What is your favorite part of your job?

A: The People!  All of the staff that works for Wente Vineyards and the guests that I get to interact with daily are my favorite part. Everyone we work with is always so kind and willing to help one another – it really is a family feel. Our guests like to keep things exciting for us – I get to meet a lot of interesting people from across the US!

Q: How have you built resiliency throughout your career?

A: Never give up on what you want. You have to believe in yourself and not let rejection or embarrassment get in your way. Take the initiative to learn more and improve for the position or career you want. It also never hurts to cross-train yourself and learn other areas of the business, it will only help to strengthen your knowledge and skillset.

Q: Is there a woman who inspires you?

A: Hands down, my Mom. She is my role model. I have never met a more kind-hearted and genuine woman in my life. She believes in me and has been a huge support, not only for our family but anyone that she comes across. She believes in helping people and being happy, which I love and aspire to do that as well.

Q: How do you unplug from work?

A: When I need to unplug, I will take some time to get my puppy, Bear, out of the house for some fresh air and exercise. I also love getting on my exercise bike to take a cycle class – Cody Rigsby is my favorite instructor! Also, at the end of a long work day, I like to FaceTime with my mom and sister and have a glass of wine – Wente of course!

Q: What are the most important skills you have learned in your role?

A: Patience, communication, empathy, confidence and a positive attitude!

Q: What is your favorite Wente Vineyards wine?

A: I love our Artist Series wine collection. The Duetto and Harmony are my favorite
